At EVERCROSS, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack your EVERCROSS gear in its original box, ensuring all chargers, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for secure transport back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
